Postgebäude
Das Postamt wurde 1929-30 errichtet und wird dem Otto-Wagner-Schüler Leopold Hoheisel zugeschrieben. Der viergeschoßige Bau über winkelförmigem Grundriss wird durch additive Fensterreihung und Gesimse gegliedert. An der Nordfassade ist ein stilisierter Steinadler im Stil des Expressionismus der Zwischenkriegszeit angebracht. Das Gebäude wurde 1967/70 durch einen viergeschoßigen Zubau mit Rasterfassade nach Plänen von Arthur Kopr und Johann Telsnig erweitert. Im Foyer ist ein Wandrelief in Email und Naturstein vom Anfang der 1990er Jahre angebracht (Entwurf: Petutschnig; Ausführung: Hans Hiesberger).Dehio-Handbuch. Die Kunstdenkmäler Österreichs. Kärnten.
